TCode Software and MVP Tokens are usually ready for internet download within 1-3 business days after purchase. In most cases, orders placed before 7pm EST Monday-Thursday are ready for download the next day but we cannot guarantee an exact time or day that they will be ready. Since software and tokens are downloaded from the internet, we CAN NOT cancel or refund a Software or Token order after it has been placed. Please be sure that you are purchasing the correct item before you check out. Please feel free to Email us at orders@tcodesoftware.com with any questions you may have prior to ordering.We offer a 30 day exchange policy on all defective physical items. Email us and we will tell you where to send the defective item. Once we receive it, we will send out a replacement.
