How exchanges work

Step 1:    Order your prefered exchange below with your current unit's Serial Number included, make sure
               to include your correct shipping address and phone number at checkout.

Step 2:    When your exchange unit is ready, you will recieve a call from Advanced Diagnostics USA tech
               support informing you where to send your current unit and what to include (cables, adaptors, etc.)

Step 3:    Once your unit is recieved and all items are accounted for, AD USA will ship out your new PRO.

Note: ALL Exchange programs will be ending permanently on 2/29/12, make sure to take advantage now!

-All software currently on your TCode will be transfered to your new PRO
